Sean Kavanaugh

My name is Sean Kavanaugh and I am a singer/song writer who specializes in learning acoustic covers of songs across all genres. As a local artist in Missoula, Montana since July of 2016, I played local gigs at breweries and bars filling two hour sets with both originals as well as cover songs.

I also play private events and weddings. See my rates and reviews section for more details. In Missoula, I participated in song writing circles, Project Community Connect (an event set for bringing resources to people experiencing homelessness) , the Veterans Suicide Awareness Walk, as well as multiple weddings. For big events that I am given at least a two months notice for, I am able to learn virtually any song requested of me and have it ready as an acoustic cover by the time of the event.

I now Gig in Coeur d'alene Idaho and Spokane Washington. I play at Chalice Brewing CDA every Wednesday. I  am there with my band, Sing,Chuck, SIng! (check out are page in the tabs above) every first and third wednesday and solo every 2nd and fourth wednesday. For Gear, I use a Taylor 814ce as well as a Taylor 514ce. I have two Electro-Voice Evolve 30m column speaker PA system that each have a 1000 w amplifier, 45hz to 20khz range, and 120°x 40° coverage. It can easily be mixed out to a bigger PA system. I also use a Shure beta 58A mic and have all of my own cables and mic stands.
